Privacy

What the tracker keeps, why, and for how long. In short: only what it needs to show you your stats, and nothing is sold or shared.
When you log in
  • From Discord the tracker only gets your account number, your name and your profile picture. Not your e-mail, messages or servers.
  • One cookie keeps you logged in (for 30 days, or until you log out). There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
  • Your browser remembers one setting on your own computer: whether "Profit after potions" is on.
While you track
  • Every few seconds your browser sends small cut-outs of the game window: the EXP numbers, the inventory when it's open, the pickup messages, your quick slots (with Profit after potions) and a small blurry grey overview to find the inventory. They're read and then thrown away; the rest of your screen never leaves your PC.
  • To find the EXP bar by itself, one picture of the game window is sent when you start (and when the game changes size). It's kept in the server's memory for at most 30 minutes, never on disk.
  • What's read (numbers and the text of pickup messages) is written down while a session runs, so it survives updates of the tracker. That's removed once the session is saved.
What's kept
  • Your sessions: map or spot name, EXP and mesos over time, the equips and scrolls you picked up (with the message they were read from) and potions used. Kept until you delete them; only you can see them.
  • Your setup: where the EXP bar, inventory and pickup messages are in your game window, so the next start is quicker. If you marked it by hand, also a small picture of your inventory's title bar, to recognise it.
  • Feedback you send, with technical details (browser, window size, last error) only if you tick that box.
  • A log to fix problems, kept for 90 days: steps of setting up (for example "set up automatically, fullscreen, 1920×1080"), which browser and system you use (like "Chrome on Windows"), errors in the page, and pickup messages that couldn't be matched to an item. The maker of the tracker only looks at this as totals for everyone together.
  • Data that's tidied up is first set aside in a backup on the same server, so mistakes can be undone. The maker of the tracker also keeps an occasional backup copy, kept private, so nothing is lost if the server breaks. Old copies are replaced within 30 days, so anything deleted is gone from them within 30 days too.
Your choices
  • Delete any session yourself, on its page in the tracker.
  • Delete your whole account yourself: click your name at the top right to open Your account, type your name to confirm and click Delete my account. Your account, sessions and finds, setup, feedback, the log about you and a running live session are removed straight away, also from the backups on the server, and you're logged out. The maker's private backup copies are replaced within 30 days, so it's gone from those too. You can log in again later and start with an empty account. Can't log in anymore? Ask on Discord and it's removed for you.
  • Questions about this page? Use the Feedback page too.
